Retelit has joined \u201cUna Donna, un Lavoro, un Conto\u201d (One Woman, One Job, One Account<\/a>), the national initiative promoted by Corriere della Sera in collaboration with the leading associations representing the banking, business, and labor sectors. This alliance brings together banks, businesses, and labor and management organizations around a common goal: to promote women\u2019s economic independence and the dissemination of financial literacy as tools for inclusion and growth. <\/p>\n\n

The project focuses on three closely interrelated elements: work, access to personal financial tools, and the ability to manage them responsibly. The Manifesto and the Decalogue for Financial Autonomy summarize its key messages: economic autonomy, freedom of choice, access to opportunities, and the development of financial literacy. This approach recognizes economic independence as an essential prerequisite for full participation in social and professional life. <\/p>\n\n

For Retelit, financial independence is a key driver of freedom, development, and participation. Promoting greater financial literacy means providing people with practical tools to make informed choices, plan for their future, and effectively manage their resources. <\/p>\n\n
