Retelit Joins “One Woman, One Job, One Bank Account” to Promote Women’s Economic Independence

Retelit is participating in the "One Woman, One Job, One Account" initiative to promote women's economic independence

Retelit has joined “Una Donna, un Lavoro, un Conto” (One Woman, One Job, One Account), the national initiative promoted by Corriere della Sera in collaboration with the leading associations representing the banking, business, and labor sectors. This alliance brings together banks, businesses, and labor and management organizations around a common goal: to promote women’s economic independence and the dissemination of financial literacy as tools for inclusion and growth.

The project focuses on three closely interrelated elements: work, access to personal financial tools, and the ability to manage them responsibly. The Manifesto and the Decalogue for Financial Autonomy summarize its key messages: economic autonomy, freedom of choice, access to opportunities, and the development of financial literacy. This approach recognizes economic independence as an essential prerequisite for full participation in social and professional life.

For Retelit, financial independence is a key driver of freedom, development, and participation. Promoting greater financial literacy means providing people with practical tools to make informed choices, plan for their future, and effectively manage their resources.

A Commitment to Equal Opportunity

This participation is part of Retelit’s long-standing commitment to equal opportunity and gender equality, as recognized by the UNI/PdR 125 certification. This commitment views the development of people and inclusion as essential elements of the company’s growth.

From subscription to shares

To put this commitment into practice, Retelit will launch a series of financial education sessions in the coming months, open to all employees. Using simple and practical language, the sessions will address topics such as:

  • personal financial planning;
  • asset management;
  • social security and retirement;
  • basic principles of investing;
  • Protection of assets and the family.

Financial literacy is a cross-cutting skill that has a tangible impact on people’s well-being. The goal of this program is to foster a more solid understanding of the economic and financial issues that shape life choices and future planning.
