The Retelit Group, an Italian TLC operator entirely focused on the B2B market, has completed the full acquisition of BT Enìa, a leading ICT operator in Emilia-Romagna.
The agreement, signed in December 2023, has received the green light from the relevant authorities.
With the acquisition of BT Enìa, the Retelit Group strengthens its owned fiber network in Italy and expands its Data Center network, further building its position as a leading Telco and ICT player, with an offer that integrates digital infrastructure and solutions and comprehensive coverage of all of Italy.
