  • Retelit incorporates Irideos and Brennercom and acquires Retelit Enìa, becoming a leading telecom operator in Italy fully focused on B2B.
  • Becomes a founding member of C.NeXT and Ge-DIX.
  • Named among the best companies to work for by Statista.
  • Retelit is selected as partner for construction of the 2Africa submarine cable.
2021
  • The Asterion Industrial Partners fund acquires 100% of Retelit and launches the company's expansion
  • Exprivia and Sony choose Retelit Multicloud for the Copernicus Sentinels project.
  • Enters into an agreement with WIS Telecom to provide connections between Western Europe and the Balkans.
2020 2019
  • Retelit signs an agreement with LPTIC for the creation of Retelit Med, an ICT development joint venture for the Mediterranean.
  • Retelit launches its first Italian Public Cloud solution and a marketplace with a range of solutions dedicated to Big Data and IoT, in partnership with Cyberoo.
2018
  • Retelit expands its network, connecting the main European internet exchanges, diversifying international land and submarine routes and strengthening its presence in the Mediterranean region
  • New technologies and services rolled out: 200 Gbps doubling between Rome and Milan.
  • Retelit extends the capillarity of the SD-WAN service by joining the NGENA alliance.

  • Retelit consolidates its position in the service sector with development of SD-WAN technology and the launch of Cyber Security solutions.
  • AAE-1 Cable is released, and marketing begins alongside a strategic partnership with a leading Asian player.
  • Retelit joins the Open Hub Med consortium, a Mediterranean technological hub, and launches its Bari-Europe Backhaul project jointly with BICS.

  • Agreement with ANAS for coverage of 48,000 km, construction of fiber-optic network for backbone and 8 MANs.
  • Founded as e-via, it receives a Telecommunications License and lists on the Italian Stock Exchange.
