The Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A. has appointed Mr. Federico Protto as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager

Milan, 19 January 2015 - The Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A., at a meeting today chaired by Mr. Dario Pardi, appointed Mr. Federico Protto as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager and granted him the powers to administrate the Company, in respect of the applicable legal, regulatory and corporate governance provisions.
