MILAN - Aug. 1, 2024 - Retelit, one of Italy's leading telecommunications operators and a subsidiary of Asterion Industrial Partners, today announced the merger by incorporation of Irideos and Brennercom, a transaction that formally marks the final step in the integration process that had already begun after the acquisition of the two companies and marks a key milestone in the path of growth and consolidation.
