MANIFESTO OF NON-HOSTILE LANGUAGE

Retelit has signed the Manifesto of Non-Hostile Communication by joining Parole O_Stili, a social initiative that raises awareness against verbal violence.

Retelit promotes the use of language and forms of communication that are free from discriminatory elements, both in internal and external communication activities.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT

People are one of Retelit's most valuable assets, which is why we invest heavily in training our staff and young talent.

We believe in the value and importance of building a structured relationship with Italy’s educational system. As such, we participate in various initiatives designed to create personal growth training opportunities and professional guidance for technology-minded individuals.

In partnership with leading Italian universities and professional training organisations, we also run Academy and Talent Bootcamp programmes to help young talent specialise and embark on their careers.
