Retelit's Service Charter
Retelit’s Service Charter is drawn up in accordance with the principles set out in the “General Directive on the quality and service charters for telecommunications pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 6, letter b), number 2, of Law No. 249 of 31 July 1997”, adopted by resolution No. 179/03/CSP of 24 July 2003 (hereinafter the “Directive”) and in the “Regulation on the quality and service charters for fixed-location communications” approved by AGCOM Resolution 156/23/CONS.
The Charter reflects our constant commitment to operating in a way that achieves the continuous improvement of our quality standards in relation to the needs and expectations of our customers, and to simplifying, strengthening and making our relationship with them more transparent.
The Charter defines service standards such as professionalism, fairness and timeliness, and underlines that Retelit provides its services in compliance with the principles of equality and impartiality of treatment, ensuring continuity and pursuing objectives of efficiency and effectiveness.
The Charter also provides guidance on how to submit reports, suggestions, requests for clarification and complaints to Retelit.
